Head HSS Design

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head – HSS Design to lead the structural design function with strong expertise in Hollow Structural Sections (HSS) / steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete structural design function for HSS / steel structure projects.
  

• Review and approve structural designs, calculations and engineering deliverables.
  

• Lead design teams and provide technical guidance on complex structural requirements.
  

• Perform and review structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro, ETABS and IDEA StatiCa.
  

• Ensure structural designs comply with applicable Indian / international design codes and project specifications.
  

• Review connection design, load calculations, structural stability and member sizing.
  

• Coordinate with engineering, detailing, project and execution teams for design requirements.
  

• Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide cost-effective structural solutions.
  

• Review and approve design drawings, calculations and technical submissions.
  

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
