Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  and manage the overall investment strategy and portfolio performance

  and nurture strong relationships with HNI clients and key

• Drive
  revenue growth through investment products and wealth management solutions
  
• Identify
  market trends and provide strategic investment insights
  
• Oversee
  asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio diversification
  
• Collaborate
  with internal teams to design and deliver customized financial solutions
  
• Ensure
  compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
  
• Mentor
  and lead the investment team to achieve business goals
  

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualification:
  MBA (Finance or related field preferred)
  
• Experience: 20+ years in Banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions
  
• Proven
  experience in handling HNI clients and large investment portfolios
  
• Strong
  knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management
  
• Exceptional
  leadership, relationship management, and decision -making skills
  
• Strategic
  mindset with a strong focus on business growth
