Job Description - Head - Janitorial

* Supporting Janitorial Business Pan India

* Achieving the Annual Budgetary Target for the Vertical in co-ordination with the Branches

* Being a Catalyst and working on Major Customer and helping the Branch in their Numbers

* Supporting Market Mapping, Pan India in Sync with the Branches

* Supporting the deployment of Annual Target to the Dealers and monitoring the Market share

* Appointing Strategical Dealers Pan India working along with the Branch Heads to Drive the Target Attainment and Consistency

* To analyse dealer stock by monitoring the Sell in, Sell Through, and Sell out from the Channel

* Manage Channel Conflicts and maintain Harmony in the channel

* Maintaining MOP and Giving Critical Market Intelligence Data

* Stock indent to the Factory and engage in Auto Replenishment

* Have a control on the NMS and Deriving Strategy to Sell it in the Channel with Stipulated Time Frame

* Having Ownership of the number for the Vertical and the Branches
