Head Management Consulting (Target Operating Model)

Our client is one of the largest Re-insurance businesses in the world. They are present across 100 countries and have been doing business in India for over a decade now. They are a truly multinational organization with various business domains in India. Here, they specialise in support services and management consulting across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Consulting and Advisory Services. To support their growth plans in India, they are looking to hire excellent and dynamic professionals so as to exponentially grow in the country.

Reporting to the Director, you would be responsible for:

1. New operating model definition for the recently acquired business and plan its integration with the Specialty business in UK 

2. Leading the team of managers and senior managers to deliver the strategic projects for the group across various business lines and geographic locations

3. Operating model review of the Specialty business in Middle East, Brazil, Canada, Ireland 

4. Manage stakeholder relationships, and propagate the use of the Consulting team 

5. Identify opportunities for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change 

6. Strengthen the delivery methodology 

7. Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches 

8. Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management 

9. Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources 

10. Ensure compliance with the needs of the project office 

The Successful Applicant:

You are an MBA from a leading B school with 10+ years of experience in the Management consulting domain and are currently employed with a Big 4 Organization. You bring forth experience of Strategic & Organization Model Consulting. You are well experienced in large transformation / change management initiatives. You have hands on experience of Operational Excellence and have demonstrated track record of benefit delivery. You have strong solutioning skills, resource planning and strong people and relationship management skills.
