About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head – Marketing, Branding & Automation to lead our marketing initiatives and build a scalable student admission ecosystem. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, CRM automation, and admission conversions.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in growth marketing, branding, marketing automation, CRM management, and performance analytics, with the ability to build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels.

  Automate inquiry responses, brochure sharing, follow-up reminders, demo invitations, payment reminders, onboarding communication, and alumni engagement.

  Improve customer engagement through WhatsApp and email automation.

  
  

Digital Marketing & Growth

• 
  

  Manage Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive webinar registrations, open-house events, referral programs, and corporate partnerships.

  
  


• 
  

  Build strategic collaborations with developers, brokers, educational institutions, and industry partners.

  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• 
  

  Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.

  Analyze admission funnel performance and counsellor productivity.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards with actionable insights.

  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  Coordinate with Admissions, Counselling, Operations, and Content teams.

  Work closely with website developers, creative agencies, CRM vendors, and automation partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
