Job Description - Head - MPL

Planning the resource requirement (budget, MP Requirement, Facility) for the year with respect to the annual business plan

Robust Supply chain development with Trust worthy Business partners.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Ensuring on -time availability of Raw material for running the production

Effective utilization of transport vehicle (Logistics)

To manage the stores for inventory maintenance and housekeeping.

Reduce Inventory cost

Conduct a monthly perpetual inventory audit as per plan and Take necessary CAPA

Deploy good practices to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.

Responsible for Kaizen & suggestion implementation

Identification of training needs for the team members to improve skills of the individuals that should suit the organization's requirements.

Developing the suppliers towards Roots system requirements.

Requirements

BE with Min 12 years of experience

Well experienced in SAP HANA

Preferably from Automotive parts procurement skill and experience
