Job Description - Head of B2B Partnerships

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 3 years

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR

JobType: full-time

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of B2B Partnerships to lead partnership growth initiatives, strengthen enterprise relationships, and expand revenue opportunities through impactful collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business development, relationship management, and negotiation—along with the ability to build and nurture partnerships that drive scalable business outcomes. This role requires strong ownership, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to maximize strategic value.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Build, lead, and execute a robust B2B partnership strategy to accelerate business growth, increase market penetration, and enhance long-term revenue streams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities across industries, including enterprises, corporates, distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify high-value opportunities and emerging partnership models.

Relationship Management & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, nurturing strong, trusted relationships that ensure partnership success and retention.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and long-term agreement structuring, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams—including product, marketing, finance, and operations—to ensure seamless execution and continuous value delivery.

Sales Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Own and manage the complete partnerships pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to closure and ongoing expansion.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, revenue impact, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive results-oriented activities through structured business development processes, converting leads into strategic high-value partnerships.

Tools & Reporting

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage data, update pipeline status, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, growth forecasts, business cases, and leadership updates.

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to independently close high-impact partnership deals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing a full sales or partnership pipeline and achieving measurable growth targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex deal structures, partnership integrations, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving and execution-first approach.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a high degree of ownership.
