Job Title: Head of Buying

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 14 to 16 years

Qualification: Postgraduate degree / MBA preferred

Work Schedule: 5 -day work week

We’re hiring a Head of Buying for our client, India's leading kids' fashion brand that specializes in aspirational and affordable trends. As the Head of Buying, your responsibilities would be:

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding share of wallet.
Build and scale new categories with best -in -class selection for every stage of a child’s journey.
Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 buyers, fostering innovation and customer focus.
Own assortment strategy and supply planning to maximize selection and profitability.

Requirements

Strong buying/merchandising experience in fast -paced environments.
Solid understanding of end -to -end supply chain - from fabric and design to production and sell -through.
Data -driven mindset with strong analytical skills and commercial instinct.
Proven ability to build strong, win -win vendor and factory partnerships.
Action -oriented leader who simplifies complexity and delivers results.
Experience in e -commerce or online retail preferred.
