Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 12-20 LPA)

Min Experience: 6 years

Location: Gurgaon, Gurugram, NCR

JobType: full-time

As the Head of Communications & Content, you will define and amplify the brand’s voice, crafting powerful narratives that connect with aspiring medical students and their families. Your mission is to communicate the organization’s core values—academic excellence, trust, affordability, and end-to-end support—across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Storytelling

  • Lead brand communication efforts that highlight the unique value proposition: seamless MBBS pathways in Europe, holistic support from application to arrival, strong university partnerships, and continuous student guidance.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand tone that inspires trust and engagement.

Content Development & Oversight

  • Oversee content creation across all digital touchpoints—website, application portal, blogs, FAQs, and social platforms—ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand values.
  • Guide writers and designers to maintain a unified content strategy across platforms.

Website & Portal Experience

  • Design and optimize user journeys across key sections such as “How It Works,” “Universities,” “Packages,” “Apply,” and “FAQ” to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure a seamless and informative user experience.

Scriptwriting & Campaign Messaging

  • Create compelling scripts and messaging for webinars, testimonial videos, guidance sessions, and founder interviews.
  • Develop impactful campaign narratives that communicate student success stories and brand authenticity.

Marketing & Collateral Development

  • Lead the creation of brochures, presentations, and promotional assets that emphasize the organization’s credibility, transparency, and global student network.
  • Ensure marketing materials reflect consistent visual and verbal identity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership, student counselors, developers, and academic partners to ensure consistent communication across all campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor content performance using engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Use insights to refine strategies, optimize messaging, and improve overall communication effectiveness.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficiency in web copywriting, campaign messaging, and digital content optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO and education marketing trends.
  • Strong project management and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative, strategic, and empathetic communicator who can craft narratives that inspire trust and engagement.
