Job Title: Head of Construction Management

What this job involves: 

• Leading and coordinating construction activities from planning to completion within compressed timelines and schedule
• Leading and coordinating with client stakeholders and consultants to complete deign
• Managing and evaluating subcontractor and vendors ensuring on time delivery and project close outs including commercial
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards 
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure compliance 
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships 
• Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders 
• Promoting innovative construction methods and championing safety
•  Driving project success while ensuring sustainability and quality

Understand and protect JLL’s comemrcial and contractual intrests

What we're looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 
• 15 + years of experience in construction project management
• Experience in office fitout and industrial and/or logistics constrcution projects
• HSE is knowledge and exepreince in ensuring safety on projects
• Proven ability to deliver safety and commercially successful projects
• Contractor background and experience
• Documentation control and management
• Project scheduling
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies and assess comermcial and contract implications
• Project close out processes, snag list close out, Quality NCR close out, commercial close out
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, codes, and regulations 
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Primavera, MS Project, BIM modeling, AutoCad/Revit) 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Techncial background and problem-solving skills 
• Proven leadership and team collaboration skills in fast-paced environments 
• Build stakeholder trust quickly and build strong client relationships
• Establish and align teams with JLL’s objectives of safety, project deliverables and commercial success
• Mentor and develop teams, with the ability to delegate and meet commitments
•  Experience managing large-scale fitout, commercial, industrial or logistics construction projects, PEB knowledge
