We’re seeking a Head of Consumer Product Experience to shape, scale, and continuously evolve high-impact consumer technology products. This role is for a senior, execution-oriented product leader who deeply understands user behavior and knows how to translate insight into products that drive loyalty, long-term engagement, and sustainable revenue.
You’ll own major customer journeys end to end—from first touch to long-term retention—balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Data, and Business teams, you’ll turn customer needs and business goals into intuitive, high-performing product experiences.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Product Ownership & Delivery
Lead critical consumer product domains across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
Own product initiatives from problem discovery through launch, optimization, and scale
Define product success metrics and continuously refine features based on real-world performance
Stay closely involved in execution through sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight
Customer Retention & Revenue Growth
Design and evolve retention mechanisms, habit-forming features, and lifecycle journeys
Build and optimize loyalty programs, subscriptions, pricing, and reward systems
Ensure monetization strategies enhance—not compromise—the customer experience
Drive long-term value creation through repeat usage and customer lifetime value growth
Insight-Led Decision Making
Develop a deep understanding of user behavior through research, analytics, and experimentation
Use cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to inform product direction
Translate insights into clear hypotheses, experiments, and measurable outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Customer Support, and Leadership teams to ensure aligned customer experiences
Influence product direction through clear storytelling, rationale, and data-backed recommendations
Mentor and coach product managers, helping raise execution and thinking standards across the team
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
9–12 years of experience in product management, primarily within consumer or B2C technology products
Proven track record of improving retention, engagement, and monetization at scale
Strong experience with subscriptions, loyalty programs, and revenue-driven product models
Highly data-driven, with comfort using analytics to guide decisions and evaluate impact
Strong understanding of UX principles, behavioral design, and growth mechanics
Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in agile, fast-moving environments
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
