Head of Credit Review

🔹 Job Overview:

PalmPay is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Credit Review and Risk to lead the risk management framework for our lending operations in Pakistan. You will design and oversee credit policies, collection procedures, and recovery strategies to minimize credit risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Establish credit scoring models and lending policies for individual and business users.

• Oversee the collections department and set performance targets.

• Develop and implement effective credit risk mitigation and recovery strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all local regulatory and reporting standards.

• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency rates, and recovery rates.

• Partner with legal and external recovery agencies where necessary.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to track credit KPIs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit risk, lending, or collections, preferably in fintech or financial services.

• Deep knowledge of Pakistan's credit and collections landscape.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in credit and lending.

• Proficiency in English and Urdu.
