long -established French sourcing company owned by a Franco -Indian family. It
operates as a buying agency, working closely with European clients across
apparel, accessories, home, and leather categories. The group companies play a
central role in coordinating sourcing, merchandising, quality, and delivery for
global markets.

Role
Overview:

The Head of
Design & Marketing, based in Delhi, will work across the entire Group. She will support merchandising and client teams by bringing a strong design
perspective, strong trend awareness, and product sensibility aligned with
European markets.

The role is
hands -on and closely connected to day -to -day operations, rather than a purely
conceptual or brand -only position.

Key
Requirements:

• Support
  merchandising and sourcing teams with design inputs and product development
  support.
  
• Translate
  buyer briefs into design concepts that are both visually strong and
  commercially feasible.
  
• Work
  closely with buyers, designers, and internal teams to align design intent with
  cost, timelines, and production realities.
  
• Contribute
  to seasonal directions, mood boards, and product ideas aligned with European
  fashion sensibilities.
  
• Strengthen
  the creative and aesthetic dimension of client presentations and product
  discussions.
  
• Stay
  connected to international fashion trends, materials, silhouettes, and finishes
  relevant to apparel and home categories.
