Head of Early Learning 

Location: Hyderabad 

About the Role 
We are building a Early Learning vertical and are looking for a seasoned Early Years leader who has delivered international early learning programs in the GCC region and is now keen to relocate to India. This role will lead curriculum, pedagogy, teacher development, and academic quality, while bringing global best practices from UAE/KSA/Qatar and adapting them for scale in the Indian context. 

Key Responsibilities 
 Curriculum & Pedagogy Leadership: Own and evolve the Early Learning curriculum for Nursery to KG. Embed GCC/international best practices including Montessori, IB-PYP adapted for India. 
 Innovative Pedagogy: Introduce play-based, inquiry-based, and technology-enabled learning. Drive age-appropriate teaching methods and learning outcome frameworks.
 Teacher Mentorship & Capability Building: Coach and upskill academic teams through classroom observations, feedback, training calendars, and career development plans. Build a strong culture of teaching excellence.   
 Quality Assurance & Compliance:  Ensure compliance with set academic frameworks, child safety protocols, health & hygiene norms, and regulatory requirements. Establish and monitor SOPs aligned to GCC best practices and Indian guidelines.
 Student Engagement: Create nurturing, stimulating environments that keep young learners curious, active, and emotionally secure. Monitor learning outcomes and child development metrics.   
 Parent Engagement: Build trust with parents through regular academic updates, workshops, and involvement in the child’s learning journey. Position academics as a key differentiator.
 Brand Value & Growth: Represent the academic vision in the community. Support admissions and expansion by showcasing visible quality and academic rigor. Partner with sales/marketing on brand positioning.  
 Scale & New Center Setup: Design academic infrastructure and onboarding for new center launches. Standardize systems to ensure consistent quality across geographies.  

 
Key Requirements 
 10-15 years in Early Childhood Education, with 3+ years leading Academics/Curriculum in GCC: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait 
 Deep expertise in EYs/Montessori/IB-PYP  
 Proven experience in setting standards, academic audits, and ensuring compliance across multiple centers 
 Strong background in teacher training, instructional leadership, and learning outcome improvement 
 Master’s in education / early childhood / Curriculum Development preferred 
 Looking to relocate to India.  

Qualifications 
• B.Ed and Master's degree mandatory
