Head of Enterprise Sales / Business Development

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales / Business Development with 12–15 years of experience to scale our high-value enterprise revenue channels. In this leadership role, you will define our outbound sales strategy, establish key corporate partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales organization to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

  Enterprise Revenue Growth: Own and drive the end-to-end enterprise sales strategy, meeting or exceeding ambitious annual recurring revenue (ARR) and growth targets.

  Pipeline & Outbound Expansion: Build, scale, and optimize robust outbound sales pipelines and high-ticket closing frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead regional sales managers, enterprise account executives, and business development teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Strategic Negotiations: Lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations and close tier-1 enterprise contracts.

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales motions with product capabilities and market feedback.

  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience: 12–15 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, or high-growth consumer/tech platforms.

  Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated success managing large sales teams and scaling organizational revenue from growth stage to enterprise maturity.

  Network & Negotiation: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong existing executive network and expertise in closing complex commercial deals.
