We are seeking a seasoned finance and legal leader to join our fast-growing SaaS organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology. You will build and scale the finance and accounting function, establish strong governance practices, and partner with leadership to enable profitable, sustainable growth — with an eye on long-term milestones such as an IPO.
As the trusted financial advisor to the CEO and Board, you will provide critical insights into revenue, growth levers, and operational efficiency. You will also drive ERP and systems implementations, lead enterprise deal support, and strengthen investor relations through robust reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Own financial planning & analysis: forecasting, budgeting, variance reporting, and revenue visibility.
Define, calculate, and track SaaS KPIs such as MRR growth, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, and sales efficiency.
Partner with enterprise sales to review and finalize commercial & legal agreements, working closely with external counsels.
Build financial and economic models to evaluate new markets, pricing, and expansion strategies.
Lead ERP/CRM implementation and ensure process excellence across the full business cycle — from client onboarding to employee experience.
Develop board-level presentations, investor reports, and performance dashboards.
Establish robust financial controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness (GAAP/IFRS).
Design compensation, target-setting, and incentive frameworks for sales teams.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance and legal team.
What We’re Looking For
10–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or legal functions, ideally in SaaS, IT consulting, or investment banking.
Proven ability to scale finance operations in a high-growth environment, with exposure to investor management and audit processes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS metrics, subscription business models, and valuation drivers.
Advanced skills in ERP implementations, CRM tools, statutory/tax audits, and transfer pricing.
Proficiency in Excel and modern analytics/data visualization tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with boards, investors, and enterprise clients.
A strategic, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, agility, and a collaborative working style.
