We are a fast\-growing Solar Energy company with an annual turnover exceeding ₹350 Crores. The organization is currently preparing for a strategic IPO and is strengthening its financial governance, compliance systems, and reporting structures to support structured growth.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain exposure to IPO readiness initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong industry experience to lead the finance function as Head of Finance. The role involves MIS leadership, financial reporting, drafting of financial documentation, client coordination, and team management.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, structured, execution\-driven, and comfortable operating in a growth\-oriented, compliance\-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS preparation and reporting
  




• Drive financial analysis and performance tracking
  




• Support IPO readiness through structured documentation and reporting alignment
  




• Draft board\-level reports, financial summaries, and internal documentation
  




• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders
  




• Handle financial discussions and clarifications with clients
  




• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and internal compliance
  




• Lead and mentor a team of 5 finance professionals
  

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
  




• Minimum 4\-5 years of post\-qualification industry experience
  




• Experience in structured corporate environments
  




• Exposure to large turnover companies preferred
  




• Strong drafting and documentation skills
  




• Good English communication (written and verbal)
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in MIS reporting and financial project handling
  




• Exposure to IPO\-related activities is an advantage
  




• Team handling experience
