Our Client is dedicated to help Corporates grow through various interventions. They aim to create a sustainable impact through their work. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join the team and lead human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations mission and goals.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR team.
Talent Management:
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention.
- Develop and implement talent development and training programs.
- Ensure effective performance management systems are in place.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
- Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
HR Centre of Excellence:
- Establish and manage an HR Centre of Excellence to drive best practices in HR.
- Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
Lobbying & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the organizations mission.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
Qualifications: Education:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in an NGO or foundation setting is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in lobbying and partnership building with government and corporates.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage an HR Centre of Excellence.
