Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Lead implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, annual reviews, and performance appraisals.
- Conduct yearly promotion exercises based on defined guidelines and create meritorious organization.
- Ensure alignment of individual performance goals with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on performance management best practices.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Develop and manage compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive benefits packages.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
Workforce Planning and Optimization:
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to align manpower with business needs.
- Develop and manage manpower budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Control & Monitor manpower budget for entire business, bring efficiencies.
- Implement strategies to optimize manpower utilization and improve workforce productivity.
HR Operations Management:
- Oversee HR operations, including employee transfers, HR audits, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and data management.
- Develop and implement HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Manpower Budget Planning and Control:
- Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Monitor and control HR expenditure, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on HR budget performance to senior management.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights, trends, and metrics that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management to track program outcomes, KPIs, and ROI.
HRMS Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new HRMS system (Oracle), including planning, configuration, testing, training, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process.
Change Management:
- Drive change management initiatives to support employee adoption and utilization of the new HRMS system.
- Develop communication plans, training programs, and user support mechanisms to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
Empowerment to Employees and Line Managers:
- Design and configure the HRMS system to empower employees and line managers with self-service capabilities for HR processes, such as leave management, performance appraisals, and employee data updates.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure employees and managers effectively utilize the system to streamline HR operations and decision-making.
System Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance and functionality of the HRMS system, conduct regular audits, and address any technical issues or enhancement needs.
- Collaborate with IT support teams and vendors to optimize system configurations, workflows, and integrations to align with business requirements.
Preferred candidate profile:
Educational Qualification:
MBA HR [Full Time] from a reputed institute of Tier 1 Colleges.
Experiences :
15+ years of relevant experience in HR with diverse experience in Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering, HR Operations, Budget Planning & Monitoring, HRMS Implementation, Data & Analytics.
