Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across the value chain. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing manufacturing, procurement, quality, and both backward and forward supply chain operations while enabling operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building and scaling operations, makes quick, data-driven decisions, and is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where agility and execution are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production facilities. 
• Drive ownership of the complete manufacturing value chain, including: 
• Backward supply chain 
• Procurement  
• Manufacturing operations 
• Quality management 
• Forward supply chain and distribution 
• Build scalable manufacturing systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid business growth. 
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and throughput. 
• Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining high operational standards. 
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to enable seamless execution. 
• Lead capacity planning, expansion initiatives, and manufacturing scale-up projects. 
• Develop strong vendor partnerships and procurement strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations. 
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions in a dynamic business environment. 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Significant leadership experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.  
• Strong exposure to both backward and forward supply chain operations. 
• Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations. 
• Demonstrated success in building processes, systems, and teams within rapidly growing organizations. 
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing business priorities. 
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities. 
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong bias for action and execution. 
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
