Head of Marketing

We are looking for a brand and creative leader who can take the Dognosis story, told through canine olfaction, BCI research, and a clinical pipeline that is genuinely first of its kind, and shape it into communication that lands with clinicians, regulators, partners, and press. You will be our first senior marketing hire and the person who decides what Dognosis sounds and looks like to the world.

The Moment

Our science is breaking out. We have an active multi -site clinical study underway, a published JCO paper, and an ASCO 2025 presentation showing 96% cancer detection across 10 cancer types. The visual brand and creative team are already in place. What is missing is a leader who can pull all of it together, set the narrative, and run the function as we move from research lab to recognised name in early detection.

What You Will Do

• Own the Dognosis brand across every surface: website, founder content, science press, publication amplification, investor narrative, and clinical site collateral.
  
• Lead the existing Designer and Video Editor team, set the creative bar, and grow the team thoughtfully as the company scales.
  
• Translate canine olfaction and BCI research into communication that earns the trust of clinicians, regulators, and partners, without ever feeling like a gimmick.
  
• Build the marketing operating system: the rituals, calendar, and stack that turn one science moment into months of compounding story.
  
• Partner with Founder's Office, Science, and Medical Affairs to shape investor decks, partnership pitches, and KOL -facing materials.
  

What Success Looks Like (6 Months)

• The Dognosis story is sharp, consistent, and defensible across the website, founder voice, press coverage, and investor materials.
  
• The creative team is producing on a steady cadence, with a clear brand system and a content engine that founders and science leads actually use.
  
• Two or three earned -media or thought -leadership wins have moved Dognosis from "interesting science project" to "category -defining company" in the conversations that matter.
  

You Are a Good Fit If

• You have built or rebuilt a brand for a scientifically complex or regulated product, ideally in biotech, medtech, deep -tech, diagnostics, or pharma.
  
• You write yourself, and your writing has changed how people thought about a product or company.
  
• You have led small creative teams and made designers and video editors do their best work.
  
• You think in narrative and systems, not campaigns and channels, and you can hold the long view while still shipping every week.
  
• You are comfortable being the only senior marketer in the room, working closely with founders, scientists, and clinicians.
  

Valuable but Not Required

• Experience marketing into Indian healthcare, hospital systems, or government health bodies.
  
• Background in science journalism, medical communications, or a science -adjacent academic field.
  
• Track record of taking a company through a public inflection point: a major publication, regulatory milestone, or category -defining launch.
