Head of Marketing

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Experience leading marketing for a consumer or D2C brand.
• Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV and contribution margin.
• Strong creative and aesthetic judgement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a growing Indian consumer brand operating in the home fragrance and lifestyle space. The business is digital-first and founder-led, with an opportunity for the marketing leader to play a key role in shaping and scaling the brand.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the overall brand positioning and ensure consistency across website, packaging, retail, quick commerce and other consumer touchpoints.
• Build an integrated marketing strategy connecting brand, content, performance, CRM and trade marketing.
• Ensure brand and performance marketing work together toward measurable business outcomes.
• Convert consumer research, reviews and social listening into positioning, messaging and product opportunities.
• Structure and strengthen the marketing function across brand, content, creative and performance.
• Drive marketing decisions based on CAC, LTV, contribution margin and repeat rate.
• Build a measurable consumer growth engine and improve overall marketing efficiency.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Up to 6 years of experience.
• Preferably from a consumer brand.
• Experience with a digitally native or D2C business in categories such as beauty, personal care, home, wellness or lifestyle would be relevant.
