We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand, digital, retail, social media, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.

The role requires a strategic marketing professional who can translate business objectives into impactful campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual and campaign-level marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer, and seasonal/festive marketing campaigns.
• Develop innovative promotional activities and localised marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and business visibility.
• Drive brand positioning through advertising, public relations, corporate communications, and media planning.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, website management, email marketing, social media, online reputation management, and performance marketing.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute new product or collection launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditure, and optimise campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, CRM, Operations, E-commerce, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, digital marketing partners, influencers, and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and relevant marketing metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports, campaign performance reports, and management updates with actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and budget discipline.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members while promoting accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, customer behaviour, and marketing technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, retail marketing, digital marketing, or a related function.
• Experience in retail, luxury, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, consumer brands, education, or other customer-facing industries is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in brand management, integrated marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience managing ATL, BTL, social media, influencer, performance, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and digital customer journeys.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing technologies.
• Strong market research, competitor analysis, customer insight, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of campaign measurement, analytics, ROI, and performance optimisation.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• MBA in Marketing or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
