We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing & Growth to oversee marketing activities across three rapidly expanding verticals:
1. Aesthetic Dermatology Clinics (located in Noida & Gurugram)
2. Medical Aesthetics Training Academy for Doctors
3. An Upcoming Skincare Brand
This position demands a leader capable of crafting effective growth strategies, managing digital marketing efforts, building a high-performing marketing team, and driving patient acquisition, doctor enrollments, and skincare product sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Formulate an all-encompassing marketing strategy for all three business segments
- Establish strong brand positioning for the clinic, academy, and skincare product line
- Design multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation and revenue enhancement
- Set monthly marketing budgets and establish ROI targets
2. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Manage SEO, performance marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives
- Enhance clinic visibility through Google search, Maps, and review management
- Expand presence on Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Develop digital funnels to boost patient acquisition and course enrollments
3. Skincare Brand Launch
- Lead the marketing approach for the forthcoming skincare brand
- Define brand positioning, packaging narrative, and the go-to-market strategy
- Organize influencer collaborations, direct-to-consumer sales strategies, and online launch campaigns
- Collaborate with manufacturers and product teams on marketing communications
4. Team Building & Leadership
- Supervise current team members including an SEO specialist and content writer
- Recruit and expand an in-house marketing team comprising:
- Social Media Manager
- Performance Marketing Specialist
- Video and Content Creators
- Coordinate with external agencies as needed
5. Campaign & Performance Tracking
- Establish KPIs for leads, conversions, brand growth, and revenue
- Analyze campaign outcomes and optimize marketing expenditures
- Deliver monthly performance reports to senior leadership
6. Brand & Reputation Management
- Maintain a strong online reputation for clinics and doctors
- Manage reviews, testimonials, and brand communications
- Build authority within the dermatology and aesthetics sector
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
- Proven track record managing multi-brand marketing strategies
- Deep expertise in SEO, social media, and performance marketing
- Experience in building and leading marketing teams
- Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or D2C skincare is highly preferred
- Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills
