Head of Operations

Lead end -to -end operations across 125+ premium short -term rental properties across multiple cities. Manage guest experience, reservations, city operations, owner relationships, SOPs, and operational scaling. Drive operational excellence, team performance, and process optimization while working closely with leadership.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of hospitality or multi -property operations experience
  

• Experience managing 50+ properties across multiple cities
  

• Strong team leadership and operations management skills
  

• Expertise in OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
  

• Ability to handle escalations, process building, and high -growth operations
  

• Comfortable working during weekends and peak holiday periods
  

• Experience in STR, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality startups preferred
