Job Description: Head of Operations

Location: Mumbai | Reports to: CEO
/ Managing Director | Employment type: Full-time

Key responsibilities

•       Own end-to-end operations;
deliver against SLAs, budgets, and targets.

•       Build and run the operations
structure and governance model.

•       Standardize processes; lead Six
Sigma projects to cut defects, rework, and turnaround time.

•       Embed Agile ways of working
across operational and cross-functional teams.

•       Set KPIs and dashboards; run
performance reviews with department heads.

•       Manage risk, compliance, and
business continuity.

•       Control the operations budget
and vendors.

Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

•       [10-15] years in operations,
including [3-5] in senior leadership.
