We are looking for a dynamic Head of Outbound Sales – North America to lead and scale a high-performing outbound SDR team focused on driving pipeline growth for the US market. This leadership role combines strategy, execution, and coaching, ensuring the team consistently delivers qualified enterprise and mid-market opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS experience, a data-driven approach, and a passion for building and mentoring top sales talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing outbound SDR team focused on the North American market.
Foster a results-oriented, high-energy culture that motivates the team to consistently exceed pipeline and lead generation goals.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and skill development workshops to elevate SDR effectiveness.
Outbound Strategy & Execution
Define and implement scalable outbound sales strategies to generate qualified pipeline for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Own team-level outbound quotas and ensure predictable monthly and quarterly outcomes.
Develop structured outreach cadences, lead qualification frameworks, and follow-up processes to improve conversion rates.
Performance Management & Analytics
Establish KPIs, activity benchmarks, and quality metrics for individual and team performance.
Monitor pipeline health, track SDR activity, and deliver data-driven reports and forecasts for leadership.
Continuously analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize team efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Leadership to refine lead qualification criteria and improve SDR-to-Account Executive handoffs.
Collaborate with Marketing on account targeting, messaging alignment, and ABM campaigns.
Share insights and best practices across teams to support broader revenue goals.
Training & Enablement
Conduct regular call reviews, skill-building workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Maintain a library of outreach strategies, scripts, and templates to support consistent execution across the team.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in SDR leadership or equivalent roles.
Proven success managing outbound SDR teams targeting the North American (US) market.
Track record of generating enterprise and mid-market pipeline (accounts with 5,000+ employees).
Comfortable working US Central business hours from an in-office setup in Bangalore.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills with a focus on driving performance.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience tracking sales metrics, analytics, and forecasts.
Proficiency with CRM and sales platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Bonus: Exposure to ABM or intent platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or similar tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
