Head of Product

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead / Consultant with 8–12 years of expertise across retail planning, supply chain, omni-channel strategy, product management, and demand forecasting. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the complexities of modern retail ecosystems and can drive end-to-end product or consulting initiatives that improve planning accuracy, supply efficiency, and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable retail solutions that align merchandising, inventory, distribution, and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of domain expertise, analytical depth, and execution capability in dynamic retail environments.

Lead product or consulting initiatives across retail planning, supply chain optimization, and omni-channel operations.Drive demand forecasting strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stock-outs or overstock situations.Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and technology teams to design integrated retail planning solutions.Translate business requirements into structured product roadmaps or solution frameworks.Analyze supply-demand data to identify inefficiencies and recommend performance improvements.Develop scalable models for assortment planning, replenishment, and distribution optimization.Support digital and omni-channel transformation initiatives to create seamless customer experiences.Provide strategic advisory support to stakeholders on retail process enhancements.Track KPIs related to forecast accuracy, supply chain performance, and sales outcomes.Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to align planning strategies with business objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit
