Head of Projects

Join the force behind India's most ambitious luxury jewelry retail expansion. As Head of Projects, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-level jewelry showrooms across the country. Each showroom spans 5–6 floors and includes dedicated sections for gold, diamond, platinum, and silver. You will be responsible for managing 8–10 concurrent construction projects, ensuring excellence in design, execution, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Site Leadership:

• Oversee 8–10 complex construction projects simultaneously, including multi-storey showrooms and commercial real estate developments.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each site.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with design intent and business goals.

Quality & Compliance Oversight:

• Enforce high standards of construction quality, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across all sites.

Team Management:

• Lead a geographically dispersed team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure seamless execution.

Budget & Timeline Control:

• Maintain strict control over budgets, drive adherence to schedules, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Reporting & Communication:

• Provide regular project dashboards and progress updates to senior leadership, proactively highlighting risks and driving issue resolution.

Process Innovation:

• Champion the adoption of modern technologies, best practices, and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 8–15 years in project leadership roles with a proven record of managing 8–10 large-scale projects in parallel (e.g., commercial buildings, multi-storey real estate, or infrastructure developments).
• Experience in retail or showroom rollout is preferred but not mandatory.

Track Record:

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex commercial or residential projects, preferably with reputed builders or developers.

Regional Exposure:

• Familiarity with project execution in Surat/Western India is a strong advantage.
