Identify key market segments, customer profiles, and competitive landscapes to inform sales approaches. Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients, dealers, distributors, and industry partners. Identify new business opportunities and lead generation activities to expand the company's customer base. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market differentiation. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and business opportunities. Represent the company in face-to-face negotiations with customers and partners. Collaborate with other departments and upper management to ensure effective alignment of marketing and sales objectives. Qualifications Bachelor degree from an engineering/technology background preferred with management experience is mandatory. Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development in the agricultural industry. Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and precision farming technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team.
