Job Description - Head of Sales - India

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and drive revenue growth across India.

  • Work closely with Sales & Operations / CRM teams.

  • Connect with and manage large accounts.

  • Lead and manage a sales team of approx. 30 team members + 80 field staff.

  • Support and drive expansion across North East and South Asia.

  • Oversee transport operations across road, rail, and sea.

  • Manage warehouse and 3PL business areas as needed.

  • Coordinate and support export business (major volume to Nepal).

  • Ensure strong field presence to support business growth.

Role Requirements

  • 15–20 years of experience in a transport or logistics company.

  • Strong exposure to cross -border transport.

  • Experience across road, rail, and sea movement.

  • A sales -driven leader with proven success in business expansion.
