Salary range: Rs 1800000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 18-25 LPA)

We are looking for an accomplished and visionary leader to head Sales and Business Development for a portfolio of SaaS solutions, including Compliance, Contract, Case, and IPR Management. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring a dynamic professional who can strengthen market positioning, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. The position involves leading a high-performing sales team, managing nationwide P&L, and continuously identifying opportunities in a competitive SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth goals.
  • Drive B2B sales with a strong focus on enterprise acquisition and long-term client partnerships.
  • Establish SaaS solutions as market leaders through innovative sales and positioning strategies.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Deliver consistent Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and meet aggressive targets.
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, ensure forecasting accuracy, and optimize conversion rates.

Market Evaluation & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Use insights to position products effectively and maintain a competitive edge.

Team & P&L Management

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and customer success team.
  • Manage nationwide P&L, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. + MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: 8+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in SaaS/enterprise software sales.
  • Proven record of driving ARR, managing nationwide P&L, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling teams and building high-performance cultures.
  • Proactive, competitive, and thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
  • Technically sound with strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
