Head of Sales/ Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead business development and sales activities for ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT (Information & Communication Technology), and BMS (Building Management Systems) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  
• Lead sales activities for ELV, ICT, and BMS projects.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key customers.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  
• Manage sales pipeline, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful project execution.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
  
• Travel as required for customer meetings and business development activities.
