Job Description - Head of Sales (Vice President)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and monitor the Sales team 
  • Expand the sales pipeline by building relationships with key stakeholders in Enterprises, Government, ITES, and SME sectors
  • Research, study, and propose tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Generate leads, conduct discovery calls & client meetings, and qualify prospects.
  • Optimize sales processes, messaging, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Pre -sales and marketing teams on a cohesive go -to -market strategy.
  • Drive client acquisition through cold calling and lead qualification process using ISR teams.
  • Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and liaise with operations teams.
  • Create reports on account progress, Sales targets, and forecasts.
  • Build and manage the sales team and streamline the sales processes
  • Achieve the targets assigned by management in line with the organization's growth
  • Liaise with OEM Account Managers and Pre -Sales teams
  • Work on the development of the Sales team with training and certifications


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Head or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Zoho, AI Tools, MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of Marketing and Sales techniques.
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
  • Self -motivated with a results -driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering effective presentations
  • Experience in high performance team building and management
  • A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Commerce + MBA (Preferred)
