Head of Secondary (IGCSE) needed in an International School in Ahmedabad.

Role - The Secondary Head is responsible for leading and sustaining excellence in the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring amazing learning and holistic development for every student. The role focuses on creating a stimulating environment that builds knowledge, skills, and understanding for future success, while supporting colleagues through high expectations and continuous professional growth. Will be responsible for overseeing the Cambridge curriculum from Middle Grades to Seniors Grades (A level).

Accountabilities

Â· Lead and manage all Division Heads and Subject HODs to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Support staff development through coaching, performance management, and professional growth opportunities.
Ensure safeguarding, student wellbeing, and a safe, inclusive environment for all.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an Academic Coordinator or Some Leadership role.

Mandatory Cambridge curriculum experience across multiple school levels.
