Head of Technology

Role Overview

• We are seeking an exceptional technology and people leader to head our India IT function. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, who can build high-performing teams, deliver enterprise-grade systems, and align technology initiatives with global business objectives.


• The ideal candidate combines technical credibility, operational discipline, and inspirational leadership to drive innovation, transformation, and service excellence.

• Establish strong governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks


• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems

People & Culture Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing IT teams


• Foster accountability, ownership, and collaboration


• Drive performance management and capability development


• Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement


• Act as a bridge between global and India teams

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions


• Communicate effectively with global executives


• Provide strategic advisory to leadership on technology investments


• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 15–18+ years of experience in IT leadership roles


• Proven experience managing teams of 100+ professionals


• Strong background in enterprise applications, cloud (Azure preferred), integrations, and data platforms


• Experience in global delivery models


• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Agile)


• Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives
