The Head of Visual Merchandising is
responsible for leading visual merchandising, retail marketing, trade
marketing, CRM reporting, retail excellence, brand visibility, and market
activation initiatives across all retail channels to enhance customer experience
and drive sales.
· Develop and implement the
visual merchandising strategy across all retail outlets.
· Standardize store layouts,
planograms, window displays, and seasonal merchandising.
· Ensure brand consistency across
stores and distributors.
· Lead retail marketing
campaigns, in -store branding, POSM deployment, and product launches.
· Drive trade marketing, dealer
branding, and market activation initiatives.
· Own CRM platform, customer
database, lead tracking, and customer engagement.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and
monthly CRM, MIS, sales, and management reports.
· Analyze campaign performance,
customer insights, and retail productivity.
· Conduct retail audits and
improve merchandising compliance.
· Lead and mentor VM, CRM, and
Retail Marketing teams.
· Manage agency partners,
vendors, budgets, and project execution.
· Collaborate with Sales,
Operations, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

field.

· 8 –15+ years in Visual
Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Sales Excellence, or Trade Marketing.
· Minimum 5 years in a leadership
role.
· Experience in Consumer
Durables, Home Appliances, Electronics, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Retail preferred.
