Head- PMS Operations

Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 30-45 LPA)

The role involves leading end-to-end Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations, ensuring seamless client onboarding, robust compliance, accurate portfolio administration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

• Oversee the complete client onboarding process, including account opening, KYC verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate and aligned with SEBI guidelines and internal policies.

Portfolio Administration

• Manage day-to-day PMS operations such as trade execution, settlements, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor corporate actions including dividends, bonuses, splits, and rights issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate unit allocation, NAV calculation, and portfolio updates.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance frameworks.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulators, auditors, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular internal checks to minimize operational, regulatory, and compliance risks.

Data & Reporting

• Generate portfolio performance reports, transaction statements, and MIS dashboards for management and clients.
• Provide data-driven insights and analytical support to fund managers for decision-making.

Risk & Process Management

• Implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across PMS workflows.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of observations.
