*Job Responsibilities:*

• Lead the overall *Raw Material Procurement* function and develop long-term procurement strategies.
• Manage sourcing and procurement of critical raw materials for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with *domestic and international suppliers*.
• Identify alternate suppliers and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Lead negotiations on *pricing, contracts, payment terms, freight and delivery schedules*.
• Manage *import procurement*, freight forwarders and customs coordination.
• Monitor global chemical markets and commodity price movements.
• Optimize inventory levels, working capital and procurement costs.
• Identify procurement risks and develop contingency sourcing plans.
• Lead, mentor and manage the procurement team while driving KPIs and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, QA, Finance, Logistics, Stores and other functions.
• Prepare procurement, vendor performance, cost-saving, import and inventory reports.

*Preferred Industry:* Specialty Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Agrochemicals / Pharmaceuticals / Industrial Chemicals

⭐ Candidates with experience in procurement of *IPA, Phenol, Acetone, Toluene, MIBK, N-Hexane, Caustic Soda, Acetic Acid, Octanol, Sodium Sulphide, laboratory chemicals and other industrial chemical feedstocks* will be preferred.

⭐ Candidates should have *minimum 10 years of leadership experience* managing procurement teams.
