Description: Head – Sales & Marketing (Luxury Resort Hospitality)

Location: Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month (Based on experience and last
drawn salary)

Role Summary

A premium 5 -star luxury resort in Uttarakhand is looking for an experienced and
dynamic Head – Sales & Marketing to lead revenue generation, market
expansion, and brand positioning initiatives.

The ideal
candidate should have strong exposure to the Delhi / NCR hospitality market,
proven experience in handling luxury properties with high ARR, and the ability
to build strong corporate, travel trade, and event business networks.
Candidates with prior exposure to the Jim Corbett hospitality market will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement
  strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue
  
• Drive corporate, leisure,
  MICE, wedding, and travel trade business
  
• Build and maintain strong
  relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, and event
  planners
  
• Identify new business
  opportunities and market expansion strategies
  
• Lead sales campaigns,
  promotional activities, and branding initiatives
  
• Monitor market trends,
  competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
  
• Achieve monthly and annual
  revenue targets
  
• Coordinate with operations
  and reservations teams for seamless guest experience
  
• Represent the resort in
  sales meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client interactions
  
• Travel regularly for
  business development and client acquisition activities
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in
  Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Minimum 7–10 years of
  experience in luxury hospitality sales & marketing
  
• Strong hold in Delhi /
  NCR hospitality market mandatory
  
• Experience working with high -end
  luxury resorts / hotels preferred
  
• Exposure to properties with high
  ARR performance required
  
• Prior experience in Jim
  Corbett hospitality market preferred
  
• Excellent communication,
  negotiation, and leadership skills
  
• Strong networking and
  relationship management abilities
  
• Comfortable with frequent
  travel
