Job Description - Head SAP Practice

Position: Head SAP Practice

Designation: Head (AGM/GM)

Department: SAP

Function: APOEWMMMMTO and MTSPPPSSAP (ECC / S4HANA) SAP C4 ATABLEAU

Employment Type: Full -time

Job Location: Bangalore

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Experience in SAP (ECC / S4HANA).

2. Experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.

3. Deep knowledge on ePPDS, MM, PP, WM and FI for discrete manufacturing.

4. MTO and MTS, multi -level BOM, MRP and advance production planning and SAP Kit Process.

5. Analytical tools like TABLEAU / SAP C4A / Power BI will be added advantage for management dashboard requirement.

6. Knowledge of PS is desired.

7. IT infrastructure management (End Point, Servers, Network), cloud, and security tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand company processes and implement and automate as many processes in SAP as possible.

2. Continuously enhance the usage of SAP across various functions.

3. Establish SAP practice as per the organizational goals and objectives.

4. Ensure professional guidance to the functional teams.

5. Coordinate with organize competent support partner to implement the objectives.

6. Develop and Extract required reports for the management.

7. Optimization of License usage across the organization.

8. Ensure timely resolutions and upkeep of the SAP managed services & related services.

9. Manage IT Infrastructure and continuously improve, upgrade, and maintain.

10. Provide uninterrupted service to the users and business critical operations.

11. Review of tickets, alerts & threats on a daily basis.

12. Closely work with the functional heads, working professionals to meet -up the management objectives.

Requirements

Education & Experience required:

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech.

Experience: Around 10+ years of experience.

1. Team player.

2. Good at documentation.

3. Manage external support agencies and internal teams.

4. Management presentation.

5. Good communication skills.
