Head Strategic Initiatives

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for key institutional initiatives, aligning them with organisational goals and priorities.

Partnership Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government bodies, international agencies, academic institutions, and industry leaders to foster collaboration and secure partnerships.

Program Development: Design, launch, and manage innovative, cross -cultural programs and projects, including international academic partnerships and transnational education models.

Operational Excellence: Oversee Outreach operations, manage teams, and implement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure efficiency and accountability.

Financial & Resource Management: Contribute to fundraising efforts, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation for various projects.

Reporting & Analytics: Utilize data to track performance, report on key trends, and inform strategic decisions to drive long -term impact.

Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation in international forums, hosting delegations and building strong diplomatic and academic goodwill.

14+ years of cross -sector professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program development, and institutional operations.

Strong experience in managing multi -stakeholder platforms and coordinating national and international engagement.

Experience in institutional capacity building.

MBA (Finance & Marketing) or equivalent.

Experience in cross -cultural communication and stakeholder engagement.

Research coordination and reporting.
