Job Description

Calling for quotations / tenders from contractors / parties.
Preparing tender documents, work orders, purchase orders, BOQs, LOIs etc.
Analyzing tenders, finalizing & negotiating contracts and appointing contractors.
Quantity Estimations, Bill Estimations & Budgeting for projects.
Audit, Inventory Management & Reconciliation
Contractor Billing & process of Rate Analysis
Monthly MIS reporting.

Qualifications

B. E. - Civil/DCE with min. 8 to 15 yrs relative experience.
