  • Ensure all project work aligns with defined methodologies, client expectations, and internal consulting standards.

  • Manage assigned project tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and support end-to-end project execution activities.

  • Identify project risks or issues and escalate with proposed solutions where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to client communications and presentations when required.

  • Support proposal development activities and contribute to identifying potential business opportunities.

  • Participate in internal initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement activities within the consulting practice.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine (MBBS/BDS), or PhD is required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HEOR, health economics, or evidence synthesis roles.

  • Strong experience in systematic literature reviews (SLR) and evidence evaluation methodologies.

  • Good understanding of market access and health economics principles.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to methodological rigor.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present technical information clearly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality outputs.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work on global health economics and market access projects across leading pharmaceutical clients.

  • Exposure to advanced evidence synthesis methodologies and strategic HEOR consulting.

  • Career development opportunities with structured learning and mentorship from senior experts.

  • Collaborative, knowledge-driven environment focused on scientific excellence and innovation.

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and industry standards.

  • Opportunities to contribute to publications, conference materials, and high-impact deliverables.
