Health Platform (Poultry)

This role is responsible for providing marketing support to assigned PBU Health Platform to achieve revenue and profitability objectives, creating long term strategic and short-term tactical marketing plans, strengthening of brands for enhanced business performance by creating PLC Management. He would also be responsible for managing Brands with various Marketing Campaigns and New Product Launches.
 

Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Creating long-term strategic and short-term tactical marketing plans for assigned portfolio
• To support the field team with quarterly product promotion strategies and developing relevant input for same
• Collaborating with all stakeholders to execute marketing plans
• Propose budget for assigned platform / portfolio
• Propose and manage price changes
• Manage Product Life Cycle (PLC) and New Product Planning/ Launch
• Align with global / regional / country strategies
• Coordinate with cross functions, Global team

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Master’s degree / PhD
•  MBA in Marketing shall be added advantage
• Technical /Marketing experience in Poultry Business
• Proven Product Portfolio Management qualities including the Technical, Product & Market Knowledge, Market Share Mindset
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English is preferred
• Good networking skills
