We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers seeking suitable health coverage solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining available plans and benefits clearly, addressing concerns, and converting qualified prospects into active members.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, a consultative approach to customer conversations, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from initial interaction through conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Understand customers' individual and household healthcare coverage needs.
• Identify qualified prospects and recommend suitable plans based on their requirements.
• Clearly explain plan tiers, benefits, pricing, coverage features, and OPD wallet benefits.
• Take a consultative approach to sales by helping customers understand and compare available options.
• Own the complete call-to-close sales cycle, from initial conversation through member activation.
• Convert qualified leads into active members while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily and monthly call, conversion, and sales targets.
• Handle customer objections, concerns, and plan-comparison questions confidently.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with warm and interested prospects throughout their decision-making process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Escalate complex customer queries or cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, network partners, and relevant market offerings.
• Track competitor healthcare and OPD plan offerings to better understand market positioning.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first approach across all interactions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Proven experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls and converting leads into customers.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions through a consultative sales approach.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills without being overly aggressive or pushy.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate information in CRM systems.
• Strong target orientation with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales and conversion goals.
• Ability to confidently explain products, pricing, benefits, and plan comparisons to customers.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, healthcare memberships, financial services, or subscription-based products is an advantage.
• Strong customer-service orientation with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects through different stages of the sales cycle.
• Ability to learn and communicate complex product or healthcare-plan information accurately.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling frequent customer interactions.
