Handle compliants from residential ERP software(Mygate,Adda,Apnacomplex, Nobroker)
Be the first point of contact from Clients/residents for any issues
Proactively communicate the status of tickets
Allocate tickets to team members of 20 people and update the status
Maintain Site attendance and documentation for the site and assist FM
