Job Description - Helpdesk Support Engineer




  • Urgent Requirement for Helpdesk Desktop Support Engineer [L1 & L2].

  • Troubleshooting knowledge in Desktops, Laptops with Software.

  • Should have good experience with Applications like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 365,

  • Networking like WiFi, VPN.






Requirements

Required Candidate profile:



  • Candidate must have fluent Spoken English skills.

  • Candidate should have Infrastructure for Work From Home (until Covid19):

  • Excellent internet connection , own good-condition Laptop,quiet room to work
