Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) protocols, patient monitoring, and supportive care.
Strong understanding of hematological malignancies, immunosuppression, and post -transplant complications.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast -paced clinical environment.
Basic knowledge of infection control, sterile technique, and biosafety practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
Valid registration with the appropriate professional council (e.g., State Nursing Council, etc.).
