Position Overview

We are seeking a senior HFM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in pure-play application implementation, development, design, and support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade initiatives across Oracle EPM On-Premises (IaaS) suites, manage application design and migrations, and drive integration solutions with Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Application Implementation & Design: Drive end-to-end pure-play HFM application implementation, application design, configuration, upgrades, and migration across multiple environments.

  
  


• 
  

  EPM Product Suite Management: Manage and optimize the Oracle EPM suite including HFM, FDMEE, DRM, DRG, and FCM to support financial consolidation and reporting processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Data Load & Integration Setup: Configure new integrations using FDMEE, automate data load processes, and establish seamless application integrations between Oracle EPM IaaS and SaaS products.

  
  


• 
  

  Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain enterprise-level security standards across EPM products, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration.

  
  


• 
  

  Scripting & Process Automation: Develop and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell, Linux Shell scripting, or Python to streamline operational tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshooting & Support: Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and functional issues across Oracle EPM products.

  
  


• 
  

  System Monitoring & Utilities: Design and integrate application alerting and monitoring solutions with enterprise tools, leveraging utilities such as EPM Automate and EPM Maestro.

  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 
  

  Overall Experience: 10+ years of dedicated hands-on functional experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) implementations and development.

  
  


• 
  

  Core Product Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of HFM, FDMEE, DRM, DRG, and FCM.

  
  


• 
  

  Implementation Experience: Proven track record of leading full lifecycle EPM IaaS product implementations, application migrations, and upgrade projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Scripting & OS Technical Skills: Working proficiency with PowerShell, Linux Shell scripting, or Python, alongside experience in RHEL and Windows Server environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills to interface with key finance and business stakeholders.

  
  

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• 
  

  Understanding of Oracle EPM SaaS modules (ARCS, TRCS, EPBCS) and their maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with associated 3rd party EPM tools such as EPM Maestro.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in shift-aligned operational environments.
